If there’s anything I love more than a good stripe, it’s ruffles. I love them in all forms, so naturally when I came across this striped Who What Wear for Target dress with delicate ruffle detailing on the sleeves and hem, I was sold. I recently wore this dress to my friend’s rehearsal dinner and it was perfect. The light fabric is ideal for warmer temps and for under $40 you can’t beat the price!
This dress is also very versatile and looks just as good with flat sandals as it does with heels. Here I’ve paired it with my favorite suede mules, navy Baublebar earrings and a straw crossbody bag, but it is so easy to dress up or down by adding different accessories.
